Wash your fruits with filtered water. There are high chances of water being contaminated. It’s safe to take your own boiled or filtered water everywhere you go to Nepal. You can also opt for bottled water which you can buy anywhere. It’s safe to carry bottled water or filtered water as you don’t want to be sick on your trip.

Nepali Cuisine- You can never get enough of Nepali cuisine. You’ll always be hungry here as the food is so scrumptious here that it’ll make you lick your fingers. Once you are in Nepal, try out their classic Nepali food Dal Bhat, which is made up of boiled rice and lentils. It is served hot with a fresh vegetable curry.
