Hit Up Downtown 

In downtown Denver you will find a hip urban vibe and a plethora of funky shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The Denver Aquarium 

One of the best aquariums in the country, the Downtown Aquarium is stocked with over 500 species ranging from colorful and majestic to deadly. Here you can pet stingrays, walk through a shark tank tunnel that will scare the living daylights out of you, or hit up the coral lagoon shipwreck, one of the most amazing displays you will find ay any aquarium in the country. The venue comes with a terrific restaurant as well, where you can grab a bite while surrounded by colorful tropical fish. 

The Botanical Gardens 

With its amazing specialized exhibits, themed gardens, and abundance of activities spanning across three separate locations, any nature lover will certainly get their money’s worth at Denver’s botanical gardens. You can easily spend a full day strolling through the different themed settings, and there are even concerts here in the summer that attract thousands. 

Coors Field

Make sure you get the chance to see a Rockies game at one of the most majestic ballparks in the Major Leagues. This park is the highest elevation field in baseball, and boasts amazing skyline views. The VIP section here is really something else, with many IPAs on tap and a terrace offering a flawless view of the action. 

Water World 

Should you happen to visit during the hot summer months, then Water World is a must. This is one of the largest waterparks in the country at almost 70 acres, offering everything from heart racing thrill slides to the famous Lazy River, where you can inner tube down a slow moving river and enjoy the sunshine
