This is a very famous step well in Ahmedabad. The beauty of this structure is that it was built around 500 years ago. It also served once as a nice resting place for travellers who travelled on foot.

The Kite Museum:

This is probably one of the most unique attractions of this city. Gujarat is known for its kite flying festival which is celebrated with great grandeur in Ahmedabad. This museum has a collection of numerous kites of all shapes and colours. It is indeed a pleasure to see such craftsmanship in such simple matters. The colours are astounding. It was in 1985 that this museum was founded and it was Mr. Bhanu Shah’s personal collection which formed the bulk of the items of display.
